◆Purpose: Based on the actual transaction price provided by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport
Supports comparison of the optimal price of interested construction apartments and newly built apartments.

◆Background: In order to purchase an apartment for residence, I went to a rental site and consulted numerous apps to find a suitable apartment, but due to non-objective data and not being confident that the price was low, I postponed the purchase and lived in a lease, trying to buy the apartment I had been feeling for a while. Implement features that you feel are absolutely necessary

◆Method: Based on data from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, we check whether the price is appropriate by comparing it with surroundings and help make the optimal choice based on transportation, school district, etc.
→ Data: Actual apartment price (sales/lease, new construction sales information) from public data (Korea’s official e-government website)
→ Surrounding comparison: Comparison between apartments within a 1km radius, comparison between apartments at the same distance around the nearest subway, comparison between apartments at the same distance in the center of Gangnam, or comparison between apartments at the same distance around the location I selected.
→ Trend of sales price (by size) and jeonse (rental rate) of the apartment currently being viewed
→ Traffic information and school district information for the apartment you are currently viewing
→ Check whether the newly built apartment is sold at the lowest price at a glance by comparing it with surrounding apartments
