The event, which this year celebrates its seventeenth edition, is packed with new features and surprises.

The event, organized by AgenciaCom and Restauración Caeb, aims to energize the city for a few days thanks to the restaurant sector, and position Mallorca, and very specifically its capital, as the nerve center of Spanish gastronomy.
