The ETOS Field Technician application is a Work Order input tool or work report based on a standby type schedule that is used by operators as a replacement for paper Work Orders. This application can run in offline mode (without network) when filling in WO provided that SPKO has been downloaded previously.

The SPKO data is stored in the smartphone storage, so if the smartphone is lost, damaged or whatever causes the application data to be deleted, the SPKO data will be lost, please be very careful, and upload the SPKO data immediately after the work is finished.

This application is integrated with ERP, so the uploaded data will be stored on the ERP server.
