The NOVAFOODIES traceability system allows you to view:
· description and characteristics of the product
· information on the nutritional properties of the product
· detailed manufacturer information
· process certifications, sustainability and laboratory tests and other information for biosafety and product quality
· supply chain traceability, including geolocalized traceability in the transport distribution phase
· environmental data measured during transport (temperature, humidity, etc.) which guarantee the quality of the product
