At SAAN-CHUAK/Buh-Si-Do you can learn real Muay Thai. Muay Thai is a martial art that originated in Thailand and goes beyond kickboxing. With this variant you can also use your elbows and knees and clinch. We teach you the different techniques and the Thai names for them. Everyone is guided at their own level. With our youth (-17 years old) no kicks or punches to the head are allowed. We also often train on punching bags, kick cushions and pads. During the lessons we not only teach you the technique of martial arts, but we also work on your strength and endurance. Safety and respect for each other are our core values.
