For all airport pick-ups, car parking is an additional cost. The Journey fare quoted does not include your parking ticket charges. Our drivers are advised to park and meet you at our designated meeting points of the arrivals inside the terminal. Parking tariffs set by the airport authorities vary at each airport.

All airport pick-ups include 30 minutes waiting time, and thereafter will be a charge of £6.00 every 30 minutes.

At Britway Airport Transfer, we prefer to collect you a certain number of minutes after landing. This allows you extra time to get through customs and collect your baggage. Standard Collection is 30 minutes after landing which can be requested while making a booking.

Pick-ups from an address(residential or business) allow up to 15 minutes free waiting from the booking time and there after a £0.20(20p) per minute waiting charge will apply.

This means our fares are based on direct trips with passengers being ready to travel at the time of booking and place as specified.

The driver will take the route to a destination by considering the following facts: the traffic, time, road closures, diversions and any incidents.

For any UK address pick-up: the driver will wait up to 30 minutes from the booked time. If we were unable to contact passenger (ringing the door bell and calling the contact phone number), we will pull the driver away and the passenger will be responsible for the full cost.

No reservation is considered as accepted until confirmed by phone or email and passenger has been issued with the reference number.

Additional surcharge of 50% on the price quoted on the site may be added on the following dates 24, 25, 26, 31 December as well as 1st of January.

There might be additional charges if the passenger has to make a stop during journey(minimum £5) or any other diversions on the way.

The company will not accept any liability for the following: Severe traffic delays, road closures, extreme and poor weather conditions.

Cancellation should be done 12 hours prior to your scheduled booking pick-up time.

Any cancellations made within 3 hours of the pick up time will incur a 100% charge.

Refund Policy

Refund will be issued on the following grounds:

- Booking on all credit/debit card notified 12 hours prior to the actual pick up time.

- If the passenger missed the flight and informed us in advance either by phone or by
email obtaining a cancellation number.

- All cancellations are subject to minimum fee of £6.00.

No refund will be issued for following:

- If the passenger books the Private Hire Vehicle for wrong date/wrong flight number and
other misleading information.

- If the passenger leaves the airport or any other agreed pick up address without informing
us for any reason.
