Event Passport – Smart Event Management & Check-In App
Event Passport is a powerful event management application built to streamline and digitalize event check-in, visitor tracking, and lead generation for companies and organizations. Staff Login & Access
Once a staff member is added to an event by the company, they receive login credentials via email. After logging into the Event Passport mobile app, staff members can view the events assigned to them. For each event, they can choose to operate in either Visitor Mode or Staff Mode, depending on their current role at the venue.
Visitor Mode – Fast Check-In with QR Scanning
In Visitor Mode, the app opens a built-in QR code scanner to scan digital or printed visitor passes. This enables quick and seamless visitor check-ins, reducing wait times and eliminating manual entries. It’s perfect for managing high-traffic entrances with minimal delay and maximum accuracy.
Staff Mode – OTP Verified Event Access
To ensure secure access to sensitive event operations, Staff Mode requires an OTP verification. An OTP is sent to the staff member's registered email, and upon successful verification, the staff gains access to the event dashboard.
Event Dashboard & Insights
In Staff Mode, the staff member can view real-time statistics and information, including:
Total entries created by the staff
Total number of visitors checked in
Total number of visitors checked out
This gives staff members complete visibility into their activity and helps them manage visitor flow effectively during the event.
Entry Creation & Custom Templates
Companies can configure custom entry templates by selecting specific fields based on their requirements (such as Name, Email, Company, Phone Number, etc.). Staff members can create new entries on-site by filling out these fields in the app. After reviewing a preview of the visitor’s pass, they can submit the entry.
Once submitted:
A digital event pass is generated instantly
The pass is automatically shared with the visitor via email
