The Colombian Association of Hospital Pharmaceutical Chemists ACQFH is a professional organization that brings together healthcare pharmaceutical chemists, that is, professionals who work in both the outpatient and hospital areas.
One of our main objectives is to update associates, colleagues and other members of the health team on issues related to medicines and medical devices, so that their use is correct, thus contributing to patient safety.
This application governed under the motto: "Together we are MAS (Improve, Advance and Excel)" and as such our congress is designed to be able to address different current pharmaceutical issues, with the intention of promoting collaborative work, highlighting the role of the pharmacist as essential actor of the health system and review the trends of the processes that concern our professional practice.
