"Evo SHR Mobile" is an application optimized for managing attendance, absences, overtime, reimbursements and company personnel.

※ Attendance
It allows you to easily monitor the employee attendance situation, in the case of an Admin profile, or your own. Weekly view with the possibility of seeing the clockings and daily requests in detail. There is the possibility of monitoring everything also from the "Presence/Absence Calendar" module which is specifically dedicated to viewing the presence of employees / colleagues in the company.


※ Stamping
This module allows you to clock in and out wherever you are. Access to the location is required as the clocking in is entered into the database with the coordinates of the location where it is performed. Especially useful for those who use smart working.

※ Absence/overtime requests
With this module it is simpler and more immediate to manage requests for presence and absence, overtime, etc... For all users it is possible to insert new ones, with the possibility of attaching documents and photos. For an Admin profile it will be possible to approve, reject, cancel or delete a request.

※Refund Requests
Similar to the requests form, here you can easily manage refund requests, both for the user and for an Admin profile.

※ Evacuations
Useful for managing personnel during an evacuation. The list of employees is updated based on who is present at the time of the evacuation and this depends on the entry stamp. Once the list has been obtained, based on the selected location, it is possible to display a .pdf file with the status of the employees following the evacuation.

※ Notifications and messages
Notifications have been managed every time an employee enters a request or refund and every time it is approved, rejected, canceled or deleted. Furthermore, on the portal side there is the possibility of sending messages that can only be viewed from the app.
