e-Wimin is an e-health application that will improve the accessibility of health services. e-Wimin offers connection services between patients and healthcare providers. The e-Wimin database will include all the services of the Ivorian health system. A patient can therefore use the application to find a health care provider more easily. A particular patient looking for a dermatologist will be able to launch a search using keywords and thus find a dermatologist located in his geographic sphere. They can then use the integrated messaging system to make an appointment with the dermatologist, and then use the geolocation system to get to the appointment. The provider may have access to the patient's medical file as soon as he sends a request for an appointment. In addition to solving the problem of accessibility to health services, e-Wimin will reduce wait times and improve the quality of care.
