Originally, Loydef was an initiative to publish question-and-answer type works to facilitate the appropriation of OHADA uniform acts. Each work dedicated to a uniform act is almost a re-writing of the uniform act in the form of a succession of definitions and questions and answers.
OHADA officially having four (04) working languages, each work initially published in French is translated into English, Spanish and Portuguese.
The Loydef.com platform is a knowledge base, available online and in a mobile application, which includes the content of each of the works to facilitate the appropriation of OHADA uniform acts and other community rights to all types of public.
To self-finance, the platform offers various access options including:
- for law and figures professionals: annual subscription at 12,000 F (or €18.25) per user for unlimited access to all works (questions and answers and PDF format)
- for students and doctoral students: annual subscription of 2,000 F (or €3) per user for unlimited access to all works (questions and answers and PDF format)
- for all audiences: annual subscription at 1,500 F (or €2.3) per user for access to a single book (questions and answers and PDF format)
