Exhale is a breathing app that provides you with timers to keep track of your sessions. Beginning with 2 minutes of controlled deep breathing, prepare to hold on the exhale. Next is a hold, go for as long as you like... it's okay to push yourself but never force. When you feel your body is ready to breathe again, tap anywhere on the screen to proceed to the recovery breath. Breathe in deeply, hold for the 15 seconds and then release. You can repeat this process as many times as you like.
