This app serves as a data collection tool for participants from cohorts of the RECAP-Preterm research project.

The data to be collected includes steps and mood status on a daily basis. The app will record your physical activity (steps) automatically. You will record your mood status manually. Optionally you can also record your weight and diet. Steps are obtained from the activity tracker app Google Fit. Your personal account remains anonymous through your voucher code.
