EzGED is a French GED software 100% web available in SAAS or in license mode
It makes it possible to store paper documents by scanning them, electronic files using virtual printers, indexing them while making them secure;
EzGED is able to capture, index and categorize manually and automatically * all print streams (PCL5, PS, Prescribe, ASCII, ...) and convert them to PDF> possibility ALSO to integrate all types of files (WORD , EXCEL, DWG, ...);
For scanned documents, EzGED is able to manually and automatically * sort by barcode and / or data search.
It can also make the automatic ranking * of mail based on keywords present either in the body of the message, either in its title or in the attachment (setting up upstream of the rules)
Ability to migrate complete file trees with OCR (PDF, JPEG) or conversion on the fly (Office document: Excel, Word, ....)
Ability to migrate the content of other DGEs, even in proprietary language; consult us to validate the feasibility.
The security and authentication in EzGED is Native, Active Directory (Windows) and Open Directory (Unix): it is the administrator during the installation who creates the accounts and the passwords
Possibility of making the "GED Client": provision of documents to third parties in complete security (HTTPS)
All the files will be able to have documents in permanent format.
EzGED integrates a bidding mode, a Workflow * module and an electronic signature.
EzGED has answers (on estimate) for the RGPD, for CHORUS PRO, for the dematerialization of the customer invoices, for the dematerialization of the payslips, for the contractualization on line, ect.
