The Customer Service Application is designed to make it easier for customers to access company services efficiently. This application has four main features: Complaints, Bill Information, Independent Meter Reading, and Payment.

The Complaints feature allows customers to report problems with water services, such as interruptions, leaks or poor water quality. Customers simply fill out a form that includes a description of the problem, location, and can include a photo. After a complaint is submitted, the application provides a status update, so customers can monitor the progress of problem resolution.

The Bill Information feature allows customers to check their water bills easily. Users can view bill details, such as the amount to be paid, water usage period, and payment status (paid or unpaid). The application also provides automatic notifications when new bills are issued or are approaching maturity, as well as providing bill history to monitor consumption patterns.

The Self-Read Meter feature gives customers the ability to record their own meter readings. Customers can input the meter numbers recorded on their home meter each period. The app verifies the numbers to ensure accuracy, and if necessary, customers can upload a photo of the meter as proof. This feature reduces dependence on company personnel for manual meter reading and ensures more accurate billing.
