Doctors and their staff may download the iCheckup Insights App to their iPhone, iPad, or iPod to enhance interaction with their patients. Insights enables doctors to request feedback from their patients via a text message or email request. There is nothing for patients to download or install, and patients may use any type of device to enter their input. Doctors may view graphical reports about how their staff is performing, monitor procedure outcomes, receive benchmarking reports, and even compare their results with their peers.
