The LeadFlowPro mobile application enables agents to securely chat with clients via “application-to-person” (A2P). An agent may be an individual (eg. doctor/attorney/etc) who interacts with their own patients/clients or a call center specialist who interacts with clients from multiple companies. Each client chat may be augmented with notes which are visible to other agents. Unlimited templated replies may be defined for each group of agents to provide a rapid and uniform user experience.
The mobile application only requires a wifi connection, so communication can take place even when cellular service is not available, such as when out-of-network or in-flight.
LeadFlowPro is built on a next-generation communications platform which combines secure messaging with mobile and web-based API’s to facilitate the acquisition, follow-up, and booking of new leads.
New leads may be acquired via websites, QR codes, contact forms, chat widgets, lead forms, or directly via SMS. LeadFlowPro integrates with existing systems (EHR, EMR, CRM) to enable secure chat between one client and one agent or one client and a group of agents. Clients may be passed/transferred between agents to provide optimal responses. In addition, one agent can manage inbound leads for multiple departments, divisions, or companies.
