Hyosung OTP (Hyosung OTP) app is Hyosung Group's complex authentication support app that protects accounts and enhances security through various additional authentication methods (ownership-based authentication - Push, OTP, biometrics) after ID and password authentication.

1. For multi-factor authentication, install the mobile app and register as a user.
Install the app.
Enter the app's authentication information ID and authentication code into the user registration screen.

2. After the user logs into the system with multi-factor authentication, select Push, OTP, or biometric authentication to perform multi-factor authentication.
Install the app.
Enter the app's authentication information ID and authentication code into the user registration screen.

3. You can copy the authentication information ID and authentication code displayed on the screen to the clipboard by pressing and holding them for 2 seconds.

4. You can check the basic information and help of the app by clicking the ≡ button at the top left of the main screen.

※ Biometric authentication functions such as fingerprint and face use methods stored in the mobile OS (Android) and are provided when the device is supported.
