How do you feel happy - How do you find happiness?
To find happiness, you must take the initiative to search for it. Happiness will not find you because it comes from within you and then spreads to everyone and everything in your environment.
Happiness is a do-it-yourself opportunity to create the life of your dreams. Start the search by going inside. One easy way to find your inner truth and find your solution is meditation. There is no right or wrong way to meditate.
Just feel comfortable. You can leave your eyes open or close them. You want to make yourself as comfortable as possible. Meditation is all about relaxation - relaxation to the point where you filter out all the distractions in your external world as well as those that float in your inner world.
Your goal is to sit still and let any idea or message you need come to you. Ah, before you hear the answer, you must first outline your intentions about what you want to know. Ask for what you want. Then sit (or lie down) for 3-5 minutes if you are new to meditation, and longer if you have practiced this skill.
You will know when to reach a deep state of relaxation. Once you get there, just pay attention to everything and anything. Use the five senses to get whatever message pops up. Be aware that your answers may not come in simple, clear language. You might hear a song or see a sign on the subway.

After you've finished meditating, allow yourself to become more focused in your daily life so that you don't miss any hints of improving your world.
If you never tried to change your world, would you expect anything in your world to change? This is a rhetorical question. The thing to pay attention to is whether or not you are trying to change. Whatever effort you put in is less important than the fact that you took a step forward. You may have to overcome your fear of stepping out of your comfort zone. Congratulations for conquering this fear.
I used to say to myself, "If I think I can't, I have to." Do you think these words enable me to take actions that scare me? In fact. And the habit that I've devised to do something that takes me out of my comfort zone every day moves my life on the path of living happily ever after.
The result of your business move is less important than the journey. Some people say it's best to die trying to never try. I feel the strongest motivation in the game - if you stay stuck and fail to act, you are dead. You are living your life like a zombie - a walking dead. Your job is to live until you die.
