The FENAPI App allows registered members to:
- Book the services that FENAPI offers, through CAF, Patronato and that you need, by booking appointments at the preferred or closest local office, choosing the date and day of the appointment;
- Know the list of documents necessary to use the chosen service, with the possibility of uploading them via the app,
- View the section dedicated to each territorial office, providing the main email and telephone contacts;
- check the progress of your case;
- receive notifications when your documents expire;
- verify and use the services that Fenapi makes available through agreements stipulated with commercial partners, banks and insurance companies. The agreements ensure discounts and benefits in different categories.

To those who are not registered, it gives the possibility, upon registration, to:
- Identify the territorial office closest to your position;
- View the services offered and the available agreements;
- Finalize your associative relationship through membership;
- View news and insights.

The app gives you the opportunity to save time by skipping queues and simplifying the process for requesting certain services. Over time, the app will be able to contain all the services, aiming to make the service simpler and more personalized.
