Jump is an application that allows you to evaluate the Countermovement Jump (CMJ) easily and simply. With the device placed on the posterior and lower region of the torso and after entering the individual's mass, the jump is performed following the audio cues. After the jump, the results, including flight height, flight time, takeoff velocity, average force, average propulsive power, and the modified Reactive Strength Index (RSI), can be viewed. The data can then be saved on the device and shared.
