How to Read?

- Update your application.
- Put the optical form on a flat surface
- Keep the squares in the corners of the optical form within the red squares in the corners of the screen.

Your optical form will be read in 1-2 seconds and your results will be displayed on the screen.

If you get a "Test not found" message, your application may be out of date or a scratch may have been made in the "Test No" section.
