Every app user is qualified to decide which organization they choose to patronize based on the evidence and witness statements provided by the BlackOut app.

Features:
-Search for discriminatory behavior in your area with the apps search features. The app also allows you to search for locations outside of your own area.

-Search functions include search by city, state, and zip code.

-Create reports that you have encountered while interacting with various organziations and representatives of said organizations.

-Take pictures and video of the incident as it occurs so that it can be added to the report in which you create.

-Add detailed information within your reports so that other users are aware of your experiences.

-Provide advice to other members who are facing mistreatment in your community.
