Sona Dost Mobile App is meant for FFC dealers / customers and Head of Sales Districts (HOSD). For Dealers, this app contains ready to use sales and shipments related information. It covers different aspects of daily information requirement e.g. dealer sales, pending orders, dealer balance status and comparisons for historical sales analysis etc. The information is available in the form of tiles, which further lead to drilldown information. The App also allows dealers to request and generate Sales Orders after approval. Additionally, dealers can create Top-up requests against which they can make payments from their bank mobile apps. For HOSD, this app gives overview of Sales Order Creation requests in Pending, Approved, Expired and Rejected status. It also graphically gives insight into Dealer Quotas.
