Here is finally the Mobile version of the 3F-Lab VR4Pharma training platforms in mixed reality that simulate the management of a pharmacy (or a network of) in interactive 3D environments and that have won the AboutPharma Digital Awards in 2017 and 2018!
The platforms make it possible to implement the decision-making processes typical of the characteristic activity and return in real time to the pharmacist user the evaluation of his knowledge and skills, as well as the effects of his own behavior on customers and collaborators, thanks to a dual proprietary algorithm, based on international scientific literature of reference.
 
The mobile version focused on the management and retention of customers in pharmacies allows you to interact and test yourself with avatar customers with specific identities that evolve over time, differentiated by personality, character aspects, personal and work life, health history, pathology and thiology ( eg elderly client, multi-treated, non-EU chronic client.
The user can also interact in the space and with the products, deepen the customer's knowledge thanks to different types of questions and define a customized solution, not necessarily centered only on the product, but accompanied by information and service supports equally relevant for the purposes of consolidation of the relationship with the patient. The platform provides increasing levels of complexity both in terms of pathologies and relational level
