This Atlas Copco - SmartTAT app will be used by all AtlasCopco-Industrial tools and assembly system's customers for raising breakdown tickets to Service Engineers & monitor Customer Response Time.
Service Engineers receives push notification when the call is created by the customers, and for subsequent actions will be taken by the service Engineers to resolve the issue and status is updated against the ticket number raised by customer.
The app is in conversational style and every action have notification triggered to relevant stakeholders.
Also this has provisions for escalation and ratings to appreciate the action taken by engineer against the particular ticket raised by customer.
