The application uses data from the State Information System GIS GMP (Federal Treasury, https://roskazna.gov.ru/gis/gosudarstvennaya-informacionnaya-sistema-o-gosudarstvennykh-i-municipalnykh-platezhakh-gis-gmp), access to which is provided by NPO "MONETA.RU" (LLC), license of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation No. 3508-K based on an agreement with the developer. FineApp is not responsible for errors or inaccuracies contained in the data provided from government or commercial sources.

Application capabilities: 

🚙 Check fines: 
Quickly search for fines based on your vehicle data. 

💰 Pay fines: 
Pay traffic fines via the Fast Payment System (FPS) without having to link a bank card. Payment is made via NPO "MONETA.RU" using secure communication channels and 3D-Secure technology. (Information on fees, which may vary depending on the fine amount, is available in the User Agreement and is displayed before making a payment). 

📑 Vehicle reports: 
Get reports containing information about your vehicle from the following verified open sources: official traffic police, traffic police, FSSP database.

💰 Toll roads:
The application allows you to quickly and conveniently pay for travel on toll roads.

📸 Violation photos: 
View violation photos (if available). 

OSAGO:
You can issue an OSAGO policy for your car in the application.

FSSP
FineApp allows you to track FSSP fines.

Chat
Find another user by the state number of their car and communicate directly in the application.

Saving receipts: 
Payment receipts are saved in the application.

Unlimited garage: 
Add an unlimited number of vehicles.

Bonus program: 
Invite friends and get bonuses for paying fines.

Security: 
All transactions are protected.

Bank card details are not stored.

Payments are certified according to the PCI DSS standard.
