Fire Services is an APP designed to streamline the fault and maintenance process of your fire protection solutions and enable the client to have better interaction with the service providers.
This app allows you to keep all your job cards (fault reports) service certificates as recorded data on the app, keeping your information organized and assisting to be conformed to statutory regulations.
The client can report faults on the app in real time. When the client reports a fault, the client receives a notification via e-mail, and popup once a technician has been assigned to address the fault reported. Technician receives all information regarding the client and fault reported. The app generates a reference number when a fault is reported This assists the client to track the progress of the call outs until completion.
All job cards have a digital signature when signed off, so responsibility is held accountable to both the service provider and the customer.
