About Setanta Wellness

Setanta Wellness was born out of Ireland’s leading sport and fitness education institution, Setanta College. With over 20 years’ experience in Personal Training and Strength & Conditioning, Setanta Wellness was created to harness the talents and expertise of our lecturing faculty, giving them a prime opportunity to ‘practice what they preach’.

Our aim is to make elite sports science accessible to everybody. Our programmes are delivered by elite
practitioners, who offer expert coaching to help you reach your limits.
