AiraXR is an artificial intelligence application, which takes questions from users about the topics available in the main menu. To interact, the user must press the microphone button and ask Aira a question. All content is managed by a control panel, allowing the manager to register questions and answers and access the statistics related to the most asked products and topics. If Aira is unable to answer a specific question, that question will be stored in the control panel for the manager to register the correct answer.
The idea of ​​using voice commands instead of chat, aims to speed up consultations and mainly to make the app more inclusive for the elderly and people with difficulties to read and write.
In addition to the answer provided by Aira, links may be registered by the manager to complement the content, such as access to websites, videos, graphics and forms.
