Flexxus App is a point-of-sale (POS) system designed to simplify and optimize business management. It allows cashiers to generate receipts such as invoices, credit notes, orders, and quotes, and record sales with multiple payment methods: cash, transfers, cards, Mercado Pago, Go Cuotas, checks, among others. The app is integrated with Flexxus ERP, so it relies on it for its operation.
From the shopping cart, you can scan items with or without sizes, view images, control automatic discounts, validate stock, and apply internal taxes. It also allows you to register customers—occasional or recurring—manage current accounts, and make credit sales.
It offers advanced tools for sales spreadsheets, orders, quotes, and electronic invoicing (CAE via AFIP), with filters by date, customer, deposit, and vendor. Receipts can be printed in A4 or receipt format and sent by email.
In addition, it allows you to view and edit customers, view purchase history, payments, balances, and issue internal credits. It includes a cash register module to control income, expenses, checks, coupons, and transactions between registers. Inventory can be taken manually or by scanning, showing actual, reserved, and remaining stock.
The route sheet module allows salespeople to make sales calls to geographically assigned customers, record orders, collections, and non-sales with predefined reasons. Management can create, edit, and view route sheets with interactive maps.
Each registered user has configurable permissions that determine which features they can use. For example, main menu options can appear or hide based on assigned permissions, displaying only what is necessary for each role and ensuring secure control tailored to each task.
The system supports integrations with Mercado Pago, Prisma, and Go Cuotas, configurable from the app. It is designed exclusively for Android 7 or higher, compatible with Flexxus API v5. It supports local deployment via Docker and requires SSL certificates for proprietary environments.
