The City Operations Centre (COC) mobile application is designed to help the Lucknow Municipal Corporation field officials to resolve the assigned tasks within a specified time-frame, and, also to update the status against the respective task for various incidents across the city – by allocating tasks to the nearest field officials from the scene of the incident.
