When you open the app press the "Set as wallpaper" button and choose "Matrix Twit"
or Home -> Menu -> Wallpapers -> Live Wallpapers -> Matrix Twit

In the setting you can change

Letter color
Text size
Falling speed
Reading from twitter or displaying random text
