Since the ancient Eastern peoples, the medical tradition of viewing man as an energetic being originates. Namely, in Chinese cosmology, the source of all things is Tao, which is considered the law of the universe. From it springs one energy composed of two opposite but complementary forces: yin and yang. The interaction of these two forces creates Chi - the life force that is found in everything from the most ethereal phenomena (light) to the densest (granite), i.e. all matter is imbued with Chi energy. The energy channels that transport Chi energy in the body are called meridians.
There are 12 meridians in the human body that we can control through certain points on the surface of the body. It is necessary to lightly tap those points and establish a free flow of energy, because in this way the connection between mind and body is revived, while communication with meridians implies communication with the intelligence of our body, which is capable of awakening our energy flows.
It often happens that we have some incidental problem, which we ignore or don't notice because of our fast way of life. Then, after small signals, our body sends stronger and more precise signals so that we stop and look at the real picture. If we go through that phase with our eyes closed, unfortunately there is a stronger warning in the form of physical or mental illnesses.
The more we listen to what our body is telling us, the more we can act in a timely manner, and we will be calmer and in complete balance. Believe in yourself and you will live a life filled with joy.
