The application allows you to mimic features and presence, as if seated at your desk phone. These features include: Placing and receiving calls using your extension within your business group, dial other extensions within your business group with ease, call forwarding management, visual voicemail access to your extension's voicemail, call transferring, and call "jumping" which allows you to transfer a call between your cell and extension seamlessly.
