2. Pick-up: The pickup facility is to minimize the time spent outside the house. You can send the list of items in advance and when the order is ready, you can simply pick it up. Easy and Fast!
3. Delivery: Initially only active for stores which can offer their own delivery service, it completely negates the need for people to step out of their house and reduces potential human contact to 1 or 0(contact-less delivery to the rescue). Now isn't that sweet!(pun intended ?).
