ShineUp is a mobile application where each meditation will help you deal with a stressful or anxious situation. You need to tune in to a serious conversation or stop thinking before going to bed - just turn on the appropriate meditation and follow the instructions. Add more peace to your life!

When you have questions about the meditations or the application, you can always ask your guide. The mentor is a person, not a bot, so the communication process will be as effective as possible.

Unlike other meditation apps, in ShineUp you not only help others, but also yourself - earn Meditation Points and use them to help charities, right in the app. By helping yourself, help others!

If you have your own meditation audio files, you can upload them to the app and combine them however you like.

Flexibly set up meditation for yourself by adding different types of meditation and different duration of practice in the configurator. For each meditation, you get what you need right now - the practice in the ShineUp app adjusts to your interests and the current situation.

In the application you can:
- help yourself to solve many life situations with the help of meditation;
— donate meditation points for good deeds to charitable foundations;
— set up your own meditations through the meditation configurator, choose among meditations of different themes and durations (now meditations are available for sleep, breathing, concentration, muscle relaxation, visualization, experiencing emotions and thoughts);
- upload your own meditation content;
- choose background music with a gong without an announcer's accompaniment.
