Mobile application whose purpose is to provide roadside assistance and assistance to our customers; In case of an emergency, the application is intended to cover the following roadside assistance:

Fuel delivery
Tire change
Vehicle opening
Crane
 

To request any of the 5 assists, the application will show the corresponding form with previously filled out information and request to fill out the missing information within the form which will give more reference or detail regarding the type of car and location to which you have to go to service.

 

Within the Application there are the following sections to support the report of the required assistance:

 

- Call us: By clicking on call us the application allows us to connect to the call center to contact an advisor, who will support us in recording the required assistance

 

- Location: By clicking on Location the application will allow us to geolocate the point where we are in order to have a better reference to be easier to fill the location within the requested forms.
