Easy-Spelling is the site to use to learn English spelling, when your home language is not English. Our methods are different, and we have over forty-five years of successful teaching. The focus of Easy-Spelling, is not teaching, it is learning the fundamental spelling skills, more efficiently!

The difficulties of English spelling confuse even native English speakers. So for students when English is not their home language is difficult. Without help, such as the Jenny Lamond Method (JLM) that this course offers, you are unlikely to become efficient in spelling or writing.

By working through this course at your own steady pace, you will become a good speller. Allow yourself at least five sessions a week, of around forty minutes each and you will improve faster than you think. For without support, nothing will change.

This course is a companion to the successful book Discovering Reading and Spelling Through Sound by Jenny Lamond and Paul Whiting Ph.D.

You may not be a student at a school, but we use the word student as it is easier to address you that way.
