NORILSK, a city in the far frozen plains of Siberia, is struck by an unknown object which fell from the sky. The city's population, as well as rescue expeditions disappear without a trace.

Now, four separate parties, without knowledge of each other are to reach the crash site, each one with their own motivations to do so.
The stories of the groups converge, divided in purpose, yet bound by destiny.
