Waya Mana is a therapeutic life coaching tool to accompany Cahira Mana's® online life coaching sessions, offering life coaching in a convenient app you can access anywhere, daily.

Waya Mana consists of 5 categories - with simple instructions - to calm and relax the mind, body and soul. These are:

Give Thanks, Inspire, Heal, Create and the Hawaiian Ho'oponopono.

The app also features a basic fun drawing canvas which is still a work in progress, however, what is there will help keep the stress at bay!
