Dr. Shells Soul Food Cooking is more than just food on a plate. It is the love and passion of cooking food for the "Soul" for friends and family. The recipes I have were given to me from my Granny Mary Lee Tyler, Aunt Gussie, and Grandma Penn. I was blessed to have such inspirational women in my life to pass on this great tradition of cooking from the heart so I wanted to share that tradition with the world. I consider everyone who has Dr. Shells Soul Food Cooking friends and family so I feel that I’m blessed to share my gifts with you all serving the South Atlanta Area.
