The collection of liturgical orders "Medical Trebnyk" is the result of two years of work of the Synodal Liturgical Commission of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church.

The code includes both old traditional texts that do not lose their relevance in the pastoral life of the Orthodox clergy, as well as new ones that relate to the modern challenges of the Holy Church: the blessing of a hospital, a prayer for a family, the act of blessing a pregnant woman, a prayer of comfort for a woman who has lost a child, prayers for prematurely born children, prayers for special children with autism spectrum disorders, Down syndrome), etc.

The new liturgical texts on medical topics created by the Liturgical Commission are written in the style traditional for Church Slavonic Orthodox hymnography, meaningful and poetic.

All new texts are approved by the Liturgical Commission and approved by the Holy Synod of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church.
