Garett Care is the official application designed exclusively for Garett smartwatches from the SENIOR category. It allows you to easily take care of your loved one’s safety and health while staying in touch with them – wherever they are.

Main features of Garett Care:
• GPS Location
Check where your loved one is at any time. The app shows the watch’s position and allows you to view its location history.
• Video calls and voice calls
Stay in touch with your family members anytime through voice or video calls.
• Fall detection and SOS button
If a fall is detected, the app immediately notifies the caregiver. The user can also call for help manually – by pressing the SOS button, an emergency call will be made automatically.
• Automatic health measurements
Monitor health data that the smartwatch measures automatically at set intervals.
• GEOfence
Set a safe zone where the smartwatch user can move freely. If they leave this area, you will receive an instant notification.
• Reminders and alarms
Set reminders remotely – for medications and daily activities.
• Location history
Review past routes and data to better understand the user’s habits and wellbeing.
• SIM card verification and support
If the SIM card is not working properly, please make sure that:
– it is activated,
– it has sufficient balance,
– there are no locks (e.g., PIN code),
– it supports data transmission and caller ID,
– it supports 2G/3G/4G LTE mode.
