CCH is a netmonitor application for 4G (LTE) radio network. It allows monitoring of mobile network serving and neighbor cells information without using specialized equipment. It's a tool and it's a toy. It can be used by professionals to get a better insight on the network or by radio enthusiasts to learn more about wireless networks.

Speed test for mobile internet
CCH speed tests measure your mobile connectivity and signal strength. CCH runs a 30-second download test, a 30-second upload test, and a ping test to provide a consistently accurate measurement of the internet speed you will likely experience. The speed test runs on common internet CDN servers. The internet speed result is calculated with the middle range of samples.

The app uses runtime permissions. Grant needed permissions in Menu - App permissions in order to use all app features.
