The app user can make query for SIM’s phone number, account balance and SIM subscriber’s name which are cached for future references. The user can transfer balance, call customer care services and take SMS, data and voice packages.

The app user can activate and deactivate various SIM features. Almost all telecom providers provide services such as Caller Ring Back Tone, Loan/Credit service, Missed Call Notification, etc. which can be activated/deactivated using this app. Also, Ncell users can enjoy additional feature such as Low Balance Call.

The app provides info about SIM features for all the services listed in the app. The info include details such as cost to activate the service, whether the service is recurring or one-time in nature and whether the subscriber is eligible to activate the service.
