How to Play:
To be able to play the Gemsch card game, you need three players, with two players forming a team. When four players are found in a room, the game starts automatically. Each player receives four cards and four more are dealt face up in the middle of the table.
The aim of the game is to have all the colors of a number in hand as quickly as possible. Cards can be exchanged without any turn order and as often until everyone is done with the cards in the middle, which is why speed is required! To be able to take a card from the middle, you must have placed one in the middle beforehand, so you can never have more than four cards in your hand.
When all players have finished exchanging their cards, they can set their "ReDeal" flag and new cards will be dealt. Each team makes a secret sign with which a player can show his partner that he has "Gemsch". If a player now has four identical cards in hand, he must make this known to his teammate by means of the sign, of course without the other side noticing. The partner presses the "Gemsch" button to win the round. But if the opponents first notice that the other side has Gemsch, they can press the "Gegen-Gemsch!" Button above the respective player and win the round. If both players of a team have matches at the same time, this counts as a double match.
If you are a card counter, you can alternatively rely entirely on your ability and thus recognize a conflict. Since Gemsch is just funnier when you see each other, we recommend using a video chat next to this website to train your poker face.
Have fun!
