Welcome to the brand new My Genesis Mobile application! The Mobile Crisis Response & Stabilization Team is currently service Brooke, Hancock, Marshall, Ohio, and Wetzel WV counties.

We are a team of crisis specialists ready to respond wherever you need us! Our staff is trained mental health professionals who are able to aid children and families who are experiences an emotional or behavioral crisis.

How does it work?
1. Call, Text, or Chat with us!
2. Explain what's going on. We can respond via live chat, video call or in person. Your choice!
3. We will help you get through the initial crisis.
4. Once things are stabilized, we will talk with you and decide, together, if other services are needed to help make connections and find your resources.
5. At your discretion, we will call and check-in with you, for up to 60 days just to make sure things are well.
