Know Me is a new generation customer recognition application. With Know Me, you can have your identity information approved by using your new type (with chip) identity card or passport and complete the process with a video interview. If you submit your request to become a customer through online channels to a finance company that works integrated with Know Me; You will be sent the Know Me application download link and identification code. Afterwards, you will become a corporate customer in a few minutes by making a short conversation with the relevant company's Customer Communication Center via the application.
