The goal of the GI-POLIS application is to send Mobile Push Notifications to the mobile devices of Citizens based on their location. GPS, Wi-Fi and Beacons technology can also be utilized to determine the user's location. The user will be able to receive informative messages regarding the social, cultural issues of OTA as well as any interesting activities such as new projects etc. Also, the cooperating OTAs can utilize the GI-POLIS System so that in case of emergency. to communicate with the Citizens, providing them with immediately valuable guidance.
